The Opportunity: Giant-Leap Farms and Kennel Services Limited is raising capital to scale a diversified Nigerian agribusiness — combining goat and sheep production, proprietary AAFCO-standard dog feed manufacturing, agro-consulting, and planned ECOWAS live export — into a vertically integrated regional platform. What we’re looking for: Growth capital to fund herd expansion (190 does, 25 bucks, 200 ewes, 35 rams), scale dog feed production capacity, and build out export infrastructure for regional livestock trade. What we bring: A structured, multi-revenue-stream operation already built on solid technical foundations — proven breed selection, AAFCO-compliant feed formulations, forage and pasture planning to manage dry-season gaps, and a track record of engaging institutional processes. What kind of partner we’re seeking: An investor or strategic partner who understands African agribusiness cycles and is comfortable with patient, growth-stage capital — ideally with experience or networks in livestock value chains, feed manufacturing, or regional (ECOWAS) trade, and who can add more than capital, market access, technical expertise, or distribution relationships.
