Who you're buying from
The Builder Series is published by Olayinka Obebe through Clarity House ("we"). Payments are processed by Paystack. We never see or store your card details.
What you get
- Playbook: a downloadable PDF guide for one use case.
- Builder's Pack: the same playbook, plus that problem's tools in the Builder's Pack app at yinkaobebe.com/builders/pack.
- The Builder's Field Guide: all ten Builder's Packs, so every playbook and every set of tools, plus all ten playbooks in one PDF.
You get access as soon as payment is confirmed. We also email a sign-in link to the address you used at checkout. Pack owners get updated figures and tools through the 2026–27 edition.
Your licence
Your purchase is for you and your own team's use. You may use the playbooks and the documents you create with the tools, such as proposals, in your own work with clients and buyers. Please don't resell, share or publish the playbooks or tools themselves. Exported documents carry a small line showing who the Builder's Pack is licensed to.
Not legal, financial or procurement advice
The playbooks share research and commercial judgement. Figures marked "Illustrative scenario" are our arithmetic on stated assumptions, not forecasts or promises of income. Your own lawyer should review any agreement before you sign, and confirm the procurement route for your state and sector.
Refunds
Because these are digital products delivered instantly, all sales are final, except where a file is faulty or you can't get access. If that happens, contact us within 7 days and we'll fix it or refund you.
When a purchase is refunded, access to the items in it ends, including downloads and tools.
Upgrades and discounts
The more items you buy, the bigger the discount: 10% off 2, 20% off 4, 25% off 6, 30% off 8, and a third off all 10.
Coming back for more? Anything you've paid for in the last 30 days counts toward a bigger bundle. We price your earlier purchases and your new order together, as if you'd bought them all at once, and you pay only the difference. Use the same email address. The 30 days run from your first purchase in that period, and refunded purchases don't count.
If you own a playbook, you can upgrade it to the Builder's Pack for ₦15,000, before any discount.
Figures and sources
Every figure is labelled by type and dated, with the source we used at the time of writing. Websites move or remove pages, and some figures are revised after we publish. Pack owners get updated figures through the 2026–27 edition.
Your data
We keep your email address and what you bought, so you can sign in and so we can send updates about your purchase. If you start a checkout and don't finish it, we may send you one email about it. We also record which link or ad brought you to the page, and anonymous counts of visits and carts, to understand what works. The work you do in the tools, such as calculator inputs, tracker notes and proposal drafts, is saved on your own device and isn't sent to us. We don't sell your data. To ask us to delete your account information, contact us.
